Houston, We Have a Problem!

Whitney Houston is back in the headlines and sadly it’s not surprising that she is once again giving fuel to the rumors that she may have resuscitated her drug habit.

On a flight from Atlanta to Detroit, Houston apparently had a freak out session because she was asked to buckle up before take off. When asked by a crewmember, to fasten her seatbelt, Houston simply refused to comply, forcing the flight attendant to do it for her.

Her unreasonable antics were carefully attributed to extreme exhaustion. “She wasn’t drunk, drinking or on drugs; she was just exhausted”, a source told People Magazine.

Exhaustion or not, it’s still a reminder that Houston is still battling with her demons and is losing the battle when it comes to revamping her public persona. She has had a very unstable comeback in recent years, with most of her concerts featuring a version of her that resembles nothing from the past. And she doesn’t fare any better when photographed in public where she appears disheveled and quite frankly EXHAUSTED.

Die hard fans refuse to give up hope that Whitney Houston will rise from the ashes and erase the disturbing images of her trials and tribulations and replace them with her triumphant return to stage and screen. Until that day comes we are left with the shattered pieces of a life still in limbo.
