Francois Hollande has barely bid adieu to his pre-elected status so its quite impressive that he has managed to garner praise and accolades for what he is proposing to do for his native France to appease his restless citizens.
Fashion designer Christian Lacroix is particularly hopeful about the future and looks forward to reaping the benefits that automatically activate when a Socialist regime in place. His beloved fashion house has undergone some major transformations as a result of the poor economic climate that ended up forcing his business to declare Chapter 11.
Nicolas Sarkozy was apparently not quite up to the task of rescuing his country from the erosion being created by poor management and hiked taxes.
Hollande’s appointment is being heralded as the dawn of a new era and a sign of brighter days ahead. And for entrepreneurs like Lacroix, it’s a breath of fresh air after being stifled by the pollution of the recently ousted government.
Another Paris-based designer, Boucha Jarrar, is just as optimistic and encouraged by Hollande’s victory.
Only time will tell how realistic the present expectations are. But its apparent that Francois Hollande is off to a good start.
