The Met Gala 2016 – staged its annual extravaganza Monday night with a theme that was supposed to evoke the merging of tech and fancy gowns but the explosion on the carpet of arrivals showcased a confusing parade of almost nauseatingly chaotic fare.

The biggest party of the year has ignited a frenzied chaos that champions heartfelt acceptance speeches and a parade of designer duds that can only satisfy those of us with a healthy appetite for this sort of thing.
Pretty was the word at Zac Posen’s showing and of course the inclusion of supermodel Naomi Campbell and the exquisite Coco Rocha was quite a treat. It was all very prim and proper with elements of controlled sensual embodiments.
We are now getting a glimpse of what to expect this time next year from all the major designers, and the lineup looks quite promising.
