It has been announced that French actor Gaspard Ulliel who is currently the face of Chanel’s male scent Blue, has been tapped to portray the late French designer Yves Saint Laurent.
Bertrand Bonello, whose film House of Tolerance debuted at the Cannes Film Festival last year, will direct the biopic, which starts shooting next spring.
Ulliel’s seductively primal good looks will definitely be adequately utilized just as they were in Hannibal Rising, where he played the younger version of the legendary menace. He also raised the temps starring alongside British beauty Kate Moss in a campaign for Longchamp.
Good looks and talent should never go to waste and it looks like the burgeoning actor got the memo!
