One shows him fit and trim and the other depicts him in a red-T-shirt looking visibly heavier.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/cont.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15050\" src=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/cont.jpg\" alt=\"cont\" width=\"400\" height=\"473\" srcset=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/cont.jpg 400w, http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/cont-300x355.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As expected the Internet trolls had a field day ripping the actor apart \u2013 forcing him to turn to his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/wentworthmilleractorwriter\/posts\/1713822728830662:0\">Facebook page<\/a> in an effort to address the subject in an affectingly mature way that will no doubt shed light on the crippling and sobering reality of depression.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst and foremost, I was suicidal, this is a subject I\u2019ve since written about, shared about. But at the time I suffered in silence. As so many do. The extent of my struggle known to very, very few. Ashamed and in pain, I considered myself damaged good. And the voices in my head urged me down the path to self-destruction. Not for the first time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, Miller\u2019s weight gain was in reaction to the painful time in his life, and food seemed to provide temporarily relief from his mental woes as he confessed in his post, \u201cAnd I put on weight.
