The Diva of all Divas \u2013 Mariah Carey is about to shake things up over at The K channel otherwise known as E!<\/p>\n<p>According to The New York Times, the woman with a voice that remains unmatched is about to delve into the delightfully murky waters of Reality TV through an eight-part documentary series titled <em>Mariah\u2019s World<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mariah-carey.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14940\" src=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mariah-carey.jpg\" alt=\"mariah-carey\" width=\"650\" height=\"532\" srcset=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mariah-carey.jpg 650w, http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mariah-carey-300x246.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The hour long episodic &#8211; will capture the reverie behind the global star&#8217;s flamboyantly catered tour machine.<\/p>\n<p>The newest member of the E! Family will not be in any competition with the existing offerings because based on Carey\u2019s assessment; <em>Mariah\u2019s World<\/em> apparently isn\u2019t \u201ca reality show\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>While <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2016\/03\/16\/arts\/television\/mariah-carey-to-star-in-a-series-for-e.html?smid=tw-nytimes&amp;smtyp=cur&amp;_r=0\">speaking to the Times<\/a>, the <em>Vision of Love<\/em> singer explains why her show shouldn\u2019t be categorized with such carelessness, \u201cI thought it would be a good opportunity to kind of, like show my personality and who I am, even though I feel like my fans have an idea of who I am. A lot of people have misconceptions about this and that\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sounds cool enough but that basically falls in line with what most would expect from a show that is supposed to be based on the real life exploits of a celebrity.<\/p>\n<p>That being said, it\u2019s hard to imagine <em>Mariah\u2019s World<\/em> not blossoming especially if it promises no guest appearances from the First Family of Reality Trashiness.<\/p>\n<p>No confirmation of when fans can expect to begin their journey into the life and world of Ms. Carey but it could be as soon as this summer or early fall.<\/p>\n<!-- google_ad_section_end -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Kardashians and Jenners better ready up!
