So Rush Limbaugh<\/strong> pissed a lot of people off when he dared to insinuate that handsome hunk, Idris Elba couldn\u2019t be James Bond<\/strong> because of his racial makeup.<\/p>\n

Yep! Limbaugh flat out admitted that casting Elba as 007 would discredit the iconic franchise because only white actors with Scottish lineage are qualified based on the blueprint by creator Ian Fleming<\/strong>.\u00a0We think the radio host is just bitter that he doesn’t or ever did possess any of the qualities that would make him a likely contender.<\/p>\n

Of course it\u2019s absolutely absurd to assume that all the actors that have embodied the role of James Bond<\/strong> were Scotsmen but reasoning with a man that has made a career out of spewing out offensive rhetoric is a waste of time.<\/p>\n

But his words did set twitter ablaze and Elba had no choice but to address the issue \u2013 and he did it with the level of class that would have made even Bond himself blush with envy.<\/p>\n
