{"id":13256,"date":"2014-12-28T21:47:13","date_gmt":"2014-12-28T21:47:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/?p=13256"},"modified":"2014-12-28T21:47:13","modified_gmt":"2014-12-28T21:47:13","slug":"bill-cosby-hires-team-help-disprove-accusations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/2014\/12\/28\/bill-cosby-hires-team-help-disprove-accusations\/","title":{"rendered":"Bill Cosby Hires Team to Help Disprove Accusations"},"content":{"rendered":"<!-- google_ad_section_start --><p><strong>Bill Cosby<\/strong> might be silent when it comes to refuting the serious allegations being levied on him but that doesn&#8217;t mean that the embattled comedian isn&#8217;t hard at work behind the scenes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/1346253361_bill-cosby-467.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13257\" src=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/1346253361_bill-cosby-467.jpg\" alt=\"1346253361_bill-cosby-467\" width=\"467\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/1346253361_bill-cosby-467.jpg 467w, http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/1346253361_bill-cosby-467-300x353.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 467px) 100vw, 467px\" \/><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It has been revealed by the <strong>New York Pos<\/strong>t that Cosby has assembled a team of private investigators in the hopes that they will be able to find pertinent information that can be used against his accusers \u2013 in effort to discredit them.<\/p>\n<p>He is paying the big bucks to assure that his nightmare will have an expiration date which will be the miracle of the century considering the growing number of women coming out of the woodwork with similar versions of sexual misconduct at the hands of the once beloved TV dad.<\/p>\n<p>There have been some high-profile accusers, namely model <strong>Beverly Johnson<\/strong> who penned a disturbingly vivid account of her harrowing experience for Vanity Fair magazine.<\/p>\n<p>Cosby did manage to subtlety address Johnson\u2019s allegations, \u201cYou can\u2019t say that I put something in your coffee, threw you in cab and then you go on and live a high-profile life, a famous life and you never complain\u201d. \u201cYou mean you never reported it to the police? You never tell anyone?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Martin Singer<\/strong>, Cosby\u2019s long time attorney refused to confirm whether or not investigators have been hired but he did give the Post a piece of his mind in regards to the media\u2019s preferred source of information, \u201c You [the media] don\u2019t need private investigators to find out information about the accusers. A simple Google search will obtain the information\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ouch!
