His brand of racist dialogue always garners him the attention he seeks but more importantly it confirms the fact that people who are inherently racist are not only physically repulsive but also bitter about their apparent shortcomings.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/idris-elba-sony-want-idris-elba-to-be-the-next-james-bond.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13207\" src=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/idris-elba-sony-want-idris-elba-to-be-the-next-james-bond.jpeg\" alt=\"idris-elba-sony-want-idris-elba-to-be-the-next-james-bond\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/idris-elba-sony-want-idris-elba-to-be-the-next-james-bond.jpeg 640w, http:\/\/mytrendybuzz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/idris-elba-sony-want-idris-elba-to-be-the-next-james-bond-300x200.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>So they take out their frustrations on people they feel deserve it because it\u2019s a lot easier to be casually offensive than actually harboring scruples.<\/p>\n<p>Limbaugh took things a little too far this time with his aim towards our favorite leading man. The<strong> Sony<\/strong> cyber attack fiasco brought a lot of ugliness to light but it also revealed some goodies \u2013 namely the fact that actor <strong>Idris Elba<\/strong> may be considered for the role of <strong>James<\/strong> <strong>Bond<\/strong> in the not too distant future.<\/p>\n<p>We love hearing that and can\u2019t imagine anything better. But Limbaugh expectedly isn\u2019t too thrilled with a \u201cblack Briton\u201d inhabiting an iconic role that according to him was specifically designed for a \u201cWhite Scotsman\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The radio talk host once again used his tainted platform to vent his displeasure at the notion that <strong>James Bond<\/strong> could one day be played by a black actor and tried to school his listeners about the \u201chistory\u201d of the legendary franchise, \u201c<strong>James Bond<\/strong> is a total concept put together by Ian Fleming. He was white and Scottish. Period. That is who James Bond is, was.\u201d \u201cBut now they are suggesting that the next James Bond should be <strong>Idris Elba<\/strong>, a black Briton, rather than a white from Scotland. But that\u2019s not who <strong>James Bond<\/strong> is and I know it\u2019s racist to probably point this out\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Well, thankfully the casting of <strong>James Bond<\/strong> will not be left to Limbaugh\u2019s discretion. Not to mention that the latest 007 \u2013 <strong>Daniel Craig<\/strong> is not Scottish and yet he was offered the opportunity to step into the famed role.<\/p>\n<p>Elba for his part is up for it if the offer comes his way and we are quite sure he will be sufficiently sublime!<\/p>\n<!-- google_ad_section_end -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rush Limbaugh has made a career out of uttering words that are just as dumb as he looks.
