Mimi Plange unveiled her “A Flower in the Desert” inspired collection at the Asia Society museum in New York City last Wednesday evening and she did not disappoint. Plange is now poised to take her place in the fashion world and the maturity of her garments were apparent. The vibrant colors, use of sophistcated fabrics and the intricate embroidered details were on display and appreciated by the likes of Vogue’s Andre Talley Fashion designer Duro Olowu, and uber Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe.
