Our favorite girl in the whole wide world is gracing the September cover of Harper’s Bazaar and looking quite delectable! Gwen Stefani is celebrating her melodic achievements and rock steady vibes which translate beautifully in the whimsically staged spread

that has her donning ensembles courtesy of Alexander McQueen, Oscar de la Renta and Versace among others.

Stefani has never hidden the fact that she is a girly girl. From her hit anthem, I am Just a Girl to her adorable rocker chic aesthetic of the 90’s, the No Doubt lead singer has remained true to her roots.

At 42, the mother of two young lads exudes the right amount of radiance and vivacious energy that would leave Holly Golightly tickled pink. Those traits are flawlessly captured by the lenses and are splattered evenly on every page she inhabits. Another reason why we are mesmerized by the spread could be related to famed lensmaster Terry Richardson who has built a career around pushing the envelope in order to achieve artistically provocative images.

With a subject like Stefani, it must have been one of his most rewarding assignments to date.

Speaking of someone who refuses to surrender her juvenile tendencies, agile designer Betsy Johnson is not allowing her bankruptcy status to affect her favorite pastime. With a little help from her friends, namely Suzi Chin, the Levy Group’s resident design director, Johnson is poised for a mini comeback with her upcoming retrospective presentation. The vibrantly enhanced pieces will make their nostalgic debut this September during fashion week. The punk princess will unveil a collection of dresses that will recall the delightfully boisterous and playfully edgy nature that is reminiscent of the Betsy Johnson label.  The prices are fair and within reach starting from $99 up to $249.
