Sarah Burton definitely knows how to satisfy the palettes of her hungry and eager audience. Carrying over the key ingredient from Alexander McQueen’s lasting legacy, the collection relied heavily on futuristic themes.

The tone of the show was fantastical and explosively decadent with each piece evoking emotions that only fairy tales can deliver.

Each softly hued confection with a few bolder counterparts mixed in drifted by in a feathery hypnotic haze of exquisite brocades intertwined with atmospheric accessories, including image-enhancing visors and intricately carved out waist buckles.

Sarah Burton has a natural instinct and a wealth of brilliance to draw from when it comes to solidifying the vision for the House of McQueen.  

Her sense of eerie elegance juxtaposed against revolutionary architecture signals a very smooth road ahead.
